Finished!!!
I LOVE this family!!!!!!!!!!!!! Started from episode 1 and finally finished the last 3 episodes I haven’t seen. Now, I’m like everyone else, salivating for more. I can’t wait for season 2!!!
It really is genuine and unlike other tv shows. It’s one of those rare british-to-american tv shows that actually make it. Other shows include The Office,…and there are others....

While waiting on Shameless, I'm starting...
Again, I’m going in blind. All I know is that it was created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk (creaters/writers of Glee) and that Zachary Quinto plays a gay man (reason enough). I haven’t watched it in a long time (think I stopped at ep 9). It’s sidetracking me from Game of Thrones (which I watched nonstop from 12am to 5am before collapsing in exhaustion). I love this dysfunctional family and their friends. le sigh

I’m going at this incredibly blind (except I know there are gay characters), so I’m not sure what to expect. And I think this is my first time since I was a child that I’ve watched an HBO show (as far as I know). If I like it, I’ll probably buy the books. The author sounds pretty intelligent from the few things I’ve read about him (and it’s quite a few).

I’ve always been more partial to DC than Marvel, but this is the first time I watched something Superman related (I haven’t watched the movies). It was such a refreshing way to learn about the life of a superhero (although Smallville does take it’s liberty). My feelings for the characters were constantly a roller coaster.
